Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/Master of Business Administration (MBA)/B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Apparels Manufacturing Technology) / B.Sc in IPE / Graduation or Post Graduation from any Reputed Public or Private University.

∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team·
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic·
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills·
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection·
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English·
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)·
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently·
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading buyer independently.
∎ Communicate to the Buyer with updated production report, quality issues, and new inquiries.
∎ Responsible for pre-costing and post costing.
∎ Prepare Proforma invoice and LC follow up with buyer.
∎ Supervise team for day-to-day regular Merchandising activities.
∎ Regular production follow-up for smooth production and shipment.
∎ Fabric & accessories follow-up for on time in house.
∎ Arrange weekly meeting regarding production, sampling program & other important issues.
∎ Follow up the commercial activity, L/C, & shipment documentation process, Space Booking and related issues.
∎ Make sure all kinds of approval receive from buyers/buying in time.
∎ Making T&A plan for booking of fabrics and accessories, delivery and production.
∎ Responsible for submission and getting approval of PP sample for smooth production.
∎ Follow up trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification.
∎ Responsible for all kind of communication with buyer by mail & telephone (if necessary).
∎ Most importantly, all major issues must be shared with management time to time for get solution immediately.
