Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all specifications and requirements are clearly understood and documented.
∎ Coordinate with the design and sampling departments to develop samples that meet buyer specifications.
∎ Source and procure necessary materials, including yarns, trims, and accessories, ensuring timely availability for production.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to ensure that manufacturing processes align with customer requirements and timelines.
∎ Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards, conducting inspections at various stages to ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
∎ Maintain clear and consistent communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
∎ Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including purchase orders, production schedules, and shipment plans.
∎ Ensure timely shipment of finished products, coordinating with logistics to meet delivery deadlines.
