Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Internal & external communication. PP Sample approval & Trim card approval from the customer. Get Lab dips approval. Accessories & trims booking. Arrange Test report. Preparing internal order sheets. Preparing purchase orders. Advising and assisting production. Advising quality department about quality level. Mediating production and quality departments. Giving shipping instructions and following shipping. Helping documentation department. Taking responsibility for inspections and. Following shipment. PO sheet with the order confirmation mail. Fit / PP sample with comments along with critical issues if have. Final approved costing with management sign. Final BOM with sample room sign. Final cutting panel list with CAD confirmation. Final production per hour qty with IE / FM / MD confirmation. Trims & fabric approval information with suppliers’ information & price. Lab dip approval status. Embellishments (Print / EMB) approval status. Make order instructions & have to send them to the planning team along with all related departments to get the EX-FTY confirmation. Have to get approx. trims in-house date from supply chain based on approx. PRS release date. After getting planning confirmation need to cross-check the PO price and ship date along with all related information before confirming the PO. If PO price or ship date & others is not work able have to get back to customer to get the update PO. Update the order confirmation file and execution file. Update the register file. Based on the correct BOM, the execution merchant should prepare a PURCHASE REQUISITION SHEET. Should cross again and again. Purchase requisition sheet should be ready within 3~5 days of order release. Should send the PRS to MCD to get the ITEM CODE in case of having fully new items. PRS should send to MCD to get the stock. After getting the stock report should finalize the PRS. Should prepare MASTER SWATCH card along with A4 size fabric SWATCH, also need to get approval from management on PRS. After get approval on PRS from management, all the related documents along with PRS & Trim card need to hand over to purchase team to proceed for materials purchase. Have to prepare materials tracking chart to follow-up materials ready date to in-house. Should closely work with the supply chain to in-house the trims and fabric on-time. Before purchasing LOCAL items like cartons, poly bags, etc, the execution merchant should get approval from the customer for care label layout, Shipping mark, Warning on Poly, etc. Also, have to provide it to the purchase team.
