Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Ensuring all testing and reporting are being carried out as per technical SOP/ Method with maintaining standard atmosphere & Technical requirement and supervising all day-to-day activities in Laboratory
Job Responsibilities
Conducting all allotted tests (Physical, Colourfastness & Wet lab) as per the procedure and / or SOP as instructed by Senior. To maintain TAT as per company expectation.
Conducting allotted tests related assessment and testing Report preparation to ensure that the reports are up to the customer’s requirement.
Monitoring the progress of the tests and the performance of the staff.
Managing and developing a team of laboratory staff and supervising them for completing the testing on time.
Ensure the stock of consumable items maintained properly and acknowledge to the Manager whenever necessary to place the order.
Ensuring that the required environmental conditions are maintained properly.
Maintaining the equipment performance and calibration records up to date. Acknowledge to Manager when any equipment needs calibration or maintenance.
Ensuring good housekeeping of the laboratory.
