Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on professional to manage finished goods receiving, storage planning, inspection coordination, and buyer-wise dispatch execution.
This role requires strong stock accuracy control, shipment planning understanding, and cross-department coordination capability.
Candidates working in manufacturing warehouse & dispatch (Any Product Category) are encouraged to apply if confident about managing buyer-driven shipment plans and physical stock control.
Job Responsibilities
Receive finished goods strictly as per the confirmed order / planned shipping lot & quantity.
Ensure warehouse space availability before receiving goods.
Plan the stacking location in advance to avoid congestion.
Stack goods based on defined parameters (Order No./SKU/Shipping Method).
Maintain a systematic layout for easy picking during partial shipment.
Ensure FIFO / shipment priority alignment.
Execute dispatch as per shipment plan or requisition.
Ensure correct segregation, picking, and loading as per shipment breakdown.
Coordinate documentation before final dispatch.
Arrange pre-shipment inspection setup before each shipment.
Ensure goods readiness and inspection compliance.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth clearance before final dispatch.
Ensure invoice, challan, packing list, gate pass, and other shipment documents are prepared and verified before dispatch.
Cross-check shipment quantity, SKU breakdown, and documentation accuracy prior to loading.
Coordinate with the commercial/accounts team to ensure documentation readiness as per the shipment schedule.
Ensure no dispatch leaves the warehouse without complete and approved documentation.
Ensure 100% match between ERP stock and physical stock.
Maintain daily reconciliation and variance control.
Prepare shipment & stock reports as required.
Ensure proper housekeeping and organized warehouse conditions.
Apply a quality-oriented stacking method to avoid product damage.
Regularly check goods stored for long times.
Prevent loss, damage, or deterioration of goods.
Supervise warehouse manpower during receiving, stacking, inspection & loading.
Maintain operational discipline and safety compliance.
