Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up with Team Leaders about production details as per order & to ensure timely shipment.
Follow up orders with customers and factory to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
Anticipate problems and contribute ideas to devise constructive solutions.
Proactively build and maintain team spirit as well as improve teamwork.
Resolve conflicts between customer and factory, e.g. delivery /production delay.
Coordinate with other departments to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing his/her order in production floor.
Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Monitoring whole process from sample development
Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc. required for processing orders efficiently.
Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiative to solve problem by sharing information with top Management.
Work closely with the Quality and Technical team to ensure quality standard of the products.
Daily communicate with customers & Clients
