Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Textile Technology
∎ Bachelor degree preferred in Garments/ Textile.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with buying office and factory, Head Office, planning and supply chain team to achieve shipment target.
∎ Will work under Department Head and will be given assigned accounts to handle
∎ Eligible to develop / handle new buyers and accordingly identify an unique, leading buyer.
∎ Eligible to handle from product/sampling developments to final order execution with the client and suppliers (locally and overseas)
∎ Should have technical knowledge on both knit from initial sampling development, sourcing, costing, price negotiation, order execution and final shipment.
∎ The candidate has to follow up and monitor closely on all merchandising processes professionally with client and suppliers to ensure timely shipment and quality product without any issues or delays.
∎ Will have the ability to handle stressful situations or challenges and be able to trouble shoot by taking the initiative to solve issues quickly.
∎ Will prepare daily, weekly and monthly report updates for Department Head and Client.
∎ Will support and work well with your team.
∎ Will maintain organized Files and Accounts for easy distribution to QA and Commercial.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40,000/-

∎ 2 festival Bonus as per Company Policy.
