Candidate must have working experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Development, Production, Compliance, Quality Control & Shipping.

The Candidate must have Buyer on his own source that can start ordering with our company

Applicants should have experienced in Buying house development

• Must have negotiation ability with buyer and source of buyer for placing order in factory.
• Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
• Work with General manager to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
• Design packs/development sample process for relevant season/phases.
• Feedback follow-up on each season’s customer sign-offs with narrow-down styles.
• Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-up Price negotiation and costing finalization with customers.
• Order placement & delivery confirmation.
• Capacity allocations and production follow-up Shipment process & customer communications
