∎ BSc in Glass and Ceramics will get priority.
∎ BSc in any other discipline with related experience will also get priority.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Tiles production planning and execution of production.
∎ Monitor workforce associated with production.
∎ Optimize process cost.
∎ Ensure best utilization of manpower.
∎ Reduce breakdowns thereby enhancing the machines utility.
∎ Propose machineries if required for optimization of process.
∎ Reduce customer complaints thereby improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure best working environment on the production floor.
∎ Any other tasks as and when required.
