Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong command of English and Bangla, both written and spoken.
Minimum 10 to 12 years of proven experience.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the Compliance team and enhance their competency.
Should have well-experience in BSCI, Sedex, GOTS, OCR, RSC, HIGG audits, conducting and maintaining.
Should have good skills in preparing audit CAP reports and maintaining all compliance documents as required.
Administer social and environmental compliance audits and prepare for buyer visits.
Maintain communication with the government and compliance organizations.
Ensure a healthy workplace by managing safety, hygiene, and environmental operations.
Keep up to date with Buyer Code of Conduct and handle social and technical audits.
