Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering/Apparel Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of buyer compliance standards (Primark preferred).
Certification in Lean Six Sigma/ISO/TQM is highly preferred.
Experience in ERP-based production tracking systems.
Strong analytical & presentation skills.
QMS & Technical Audit Leadership
Develop, implement and continuously improve company-wide QMS framework.
Lead monthly technical, system and product safety audits.
Conduct unannounced audits on product movement, subcontracting control and traceability.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards, ethical trade requirements and Tier-1/Tier-1A controls.
Monitor CAP implementation effectiveness and sustainability
Product Safety & Traceability Governance
Establish and monitor Broken Needle, Sharp Tool and Metal Detection systems.
Ensure 100% traceability from fabric receipt to shipment.
Develop preventive systems against unauthorized subcontracting.
Conduct risk-based product safety evaluation during PP meeting.
Lead product safety incident investigation and escalation.
Supplier Management & Compliance
Evaluate supplier capability, technical strength and risk profile.
Develop supplier performance scorecard (Quality, Delivery, Compliance).
Conduct supplier technical audit & system gap analysis.
Drive supplier development and corrective action closure.
Strengthen sub-contracting monitoring mechanism.
Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
Lead Lean Six Sigma / TQM initiatives.
Drive COPQ reduction programs.
Improve efficiency and reduce process variation.
Analyse KPI trends using advanced data analytics.
Lead root cause analysis using structured methodologies (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why, FMEA).
Data Analytics & Digital Integration
Utilize ERP (EchoSYS), dashboards and analytics tools for real-time monitoring.
Develop quality data visualization reports for management.
Support ERP digitization of production tracking & product movement.
Introduce automation and digital quality tools.
Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
Institutionalize structured problem-solving culture.
Validate CAP effectiveness.
Drive systemic improvements instead of temporary corrections.
Lead cross-functional quality improvement workshops.
Coaching, Team Development & Collaboration
Develop QA skill matrix & competency mapping.
Conduct technical training and calibration sessions.
Mentor QA team for higher technical capability.
Promote team building and collaborative culture.
