  • Proven ability to expand business across multiple departments and sister brands through strategic networking and buyer engagement

  • Highly proactive mindset with the ability to respond effectively to fast-changing buyer requirements

  • Strong problem-solving capability to anticipate and resolve Time & Action (T&A) challenges across the development and production cycle



Responsibilities & Context:

A leading Inditex-approved, 100 % export based Knit composite Garments Factory is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven professional as Deputy Manager / Manager – Marketing & Merchandising.

  • The role will focus on independently managing and expanding business with brands under the Inditex group, including Zara, Bershka, and Pull & Bear.

  • The position requires a proactive leader with strong buyer engagement capability, deep understanding of the Inditex fast-fashion sourcing model, and the ability to drive both business growth and operational execution within tight lead times.

Key Responsibilities

Buyer Management & Business Development

  • Independently manage communication with brands under the Inditex group regarding order development, pricing negotiations, product development, sampling, and approvals.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business into multiple departments and sister brands.

  • Support order growth through proactive product development, cost optimization, and buyer engagement.

Merchandising Leadership

  • Lead and manage the merchandising team responsible for Inditex accounts.

  • Establish clear workflows and accountability to ensure efficient coordination across departments.

Execution & Operations

  • Plan, monitor, and control Time & Action (T&A) calendars to ensure timely sample approvals, production execution, and shipment schedules.

  • Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with planning, sampling, production, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution from development to shipment.

  • Ensure internal alignment with buyer expectations and fast-fashion lead-time requirements.
