Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of General Manager (Production) for its factory located at Gazipur.

The factory consists of 60/70 Lines - 1500 sewing machines (approx.) and producing 17-18 lac pieces knit garments in each month.

Major Job Responsibilities of the position is as follows:

• The candidate will be responsible for managing Garments production related all activities (i.e. from Fabric Receiving in Cutting Section to Timely Shipment of Goods) of the factory independently.

• He will maintain proper coordination with related departments/sections and ensure timely production of garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.

• Candidates who have proven leadership skills and having hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.

• The ideal candidate should have the capacity to monitor & guide Production Managers and Production Team members in an efficient way.
