• Age At least 35 years

·       Manage overall store and warehouse operations in the knit garments factory.

·       Maintain proper inventory control of fabrics, yarn, accessories, packing materials

              and wastage goods.

·       Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuing of materials according to

             company procedures.

·       Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.

·       Implement FIFO inventory system and proper stock management.

·       Maintain proper documentation including GRN, MRR, MRS, stock register, and  

              bin cards.

·       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

·       Ensure proper rack management, labeling, and warehouse safety.

·       Coordinate with purchase, production, and quality departments.

·       Handle internal and external audit requirements related to store operations.

·       Ensure to Run the operation as per SOP and ERP as well as compliance.

·       Train, lead and coordinate the store team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.

·       Follow up store function proper keeping/retrieval/stock maintain/reconcile.

·       Supervise and manage store staff and ensure operational efficiency.
