Proven history of high achievement in HR compliance Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance programs Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Advanced proficiency in HR information systems Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to stay updated with the latest employment laws and regulations

Develop and implement HR compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.

Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations to keep the organization informed and compliant.
