Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up and execute the production and shipment plan as suggested by finishing manager.
Make sure the productivity of all finishing activities as well as discipline and quality.
Brief all supervisors and employees to make them conscious about duties and responsibilities.
Reporting to superior about production and shipment status.
Ensure the quality of packed goods and timely delivery for smooth shipment.
Daily production report monitoring, execution effectively as per settled target and try to achieve the optimum efficiency.
Immediately report to the finishing manager about any crisis.
Maintain 6S/housekeeping in Finishing & Packing.
