• Team leadership and management: Supervise, train, and mentor inspection staff to ensure they can effectively meet quality objectives and deadlines.

• Quality assurance: Develop, implement, and refine inspection plans, procedures, and checklists to ensure products, materials, and processes comply with all standards and regulations.

• Inspection and auditing: Conduct and oversee final, in-process, and final inspections, as well as internal and external audits, to identify defects and non-conformance.

• Reporting and analysis: Prepare detailed reports, analyze inspection data, and present findings to management and other stakeholders. Use data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Regulatory compliance: Stay updated on industry standards and regulations, and ensure all inspections and processes comply with them.

• Problem-solving: Work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Process improvement: Recommend changes to materials, equipment, or procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
