∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the entire quality control process within the spinning mill.
∎ Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to maintain and improve product quality.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
∎ Train and mentor quality control staff to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of performance.
∎ Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
∎ Work closely with other departments to integrate quality control measures into the overall production process.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
∎ years of experience in a similar role within the spinning mills industry.
∎ In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
