Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning, and meeting the new product timelines , production planning based on plant capacity and production specification.
∎ Monitor Production Status and ensure timely delivery to the Depots and Direct Distributors as the case may be.
∎ Identify cost reduction proposal to reduce cost of conversion and logistics cost.
∎ Inventory management: Manage RM/PM/FG at the levels prescribed in both days and value.
∎ FG code creation and BOM Uploading in SAP.
∎ Production scheduling as per plan from sales.
∎ Distribution stock scheduling and PDP adherence as per Norms.
∎ Meet the Projected sales plan – Achieve On time in full (OTIF).
∎ Involve with the CFT on meeting the agreed time line on NPD & EPD.
∎ Ensure FIFO is followed for RM/PM/SFG/FG.
∎ Adherence and fix FG norms across factories and Depots.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in oral and written English and Bengali.
∎ High level of computer proficiency in data analysis.
