- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM.

Skills Required: Employee Attendance,Employee Management,ERP Software,General HR,HR and Admin,Microsoft Office
Additional Requirements: Experience in social club or any other renowned company will be preferred.
Must have adequate knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law.
Flexible to work during weekends and holidays.
Computer skill, teamwork, flexibility, interpersonal skill etc.
Responsibilities & Context: - To provide all HR related support to the management including payroll, recruitment, salary, benefit etc.
- To maintain & update personal files and all other documents of the Club employees.
- To maintain daily attendance of employees and update Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- To conduct Employees Performance Appraisal, Disciplinary procedures, Event Management etc.
- Conduct proper training assessment and arrange training sessions.
- Regular counselling, employee grievance management and motivating employees.
- To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
