Responsibilities & Context:

• Execute effective plan, implement & monitor of Club maintenance activities.

• Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the Club to the subordinate.

• Ensure all works of Club are running as per program in consistent with Working Drawings.

• To ensure the progress of the work as per schedule.

• To have a sharp knowledge of architectural drawing & Structural design.

• Train the project team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administration discipline to create a satisfactory job environment.

• Certifying Material Requisitions.

• Certifying all running and final bills of vendor/contractors.

• Evaluating departmental staff and contractors from time to time.

• Select finishing materials in consultation with supply chain management and concerned executive committee members.

• Create & update personal work planning & style to motivate own self for smooth, effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve the company`s goal.

• Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with budget as well as guidelines and policies.

• Time to time compares the actual work done against the planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.

• Keep record regarding sites information, copy of the approved plan, and details information.

• To be accountable for the successful completion of the work.
