∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of compliance standards including BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord, Alliance, and CT-PAT.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with internal audit training and experience in buyer audit management.
∎ Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and practices.
∎ Proven expertise in core HR functions including recruitment, employee screening, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, review, and implement HR policies and administrative procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
∎ Provide comprehensive employee support regarding compensation, leave management, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
∎ Lead and oversee HR, Administration, and Compliance teams to ensure efficient operations across the factory.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets for HR and Administrative functions to ensure cost-effective operations.
∎ Enforce company policies, internal rules, safety protocols, and security measures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
∎ Serve as the primary liaison with legal advisors and regulatory authorities on all compliance and labor-related matters.
∎ Conduct performance appraisals and ensure timely completion of KPI and goal reviews for all team members.
∎ Promote employee engagement and foster a positive, high-morale workplace culture.
∎ Collaborate with departmental heads to align HR strategies with broader business goals and operational needs.
∎ Lead talent development initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to build organizational capability.
∎ Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws, rules, and regulations.
∎ Implement and maintain comprehensive fire safety, occupational health, and workplace safety standards.
