Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate implementation of Corporate organizational development initiatives applicable to company sites.
∎ Actively participate in initiatives related to organizational culture strengthening and employee engagement levels.
∎ Liaison with OD teams in other sites.
∎ Ensure Onboarding Program is implemented consistently, including induction of new employees (Management).
∎ Lead Succession Planning programs and implementation of Individual Development Plans.
∎ Ensure organizational structures are maintained updated.
∎ Collaborate in the Performance Appraisal process, which includes trainings, setting objectives, mid-year and final review stages.
∎ Keep all the data related to Performance Appraisal in order and updated.
∎ Prepare and support the implementation of the annual development training program.
∎ Coordinate all technical training provided by the facility.
∎ Support coordination of management review meetings, trainings, town hall meetings and other OD related meetings.
∎ Ensure that all the data related to trainings and electronic database (Enablon) is in order and updated.
∎ Provide and /or coordinate regular training on Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures.
∎ Maintain relevant KPIs related to training and organizational development.
∎ Support the implementation of the recognition programs established by HR department.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
