∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make salary recommendations during hiring and promotion process according to bands on salary structure assigned, keeping equity and competitiveness.
∎ To revise job positions title according to global guidelines for new positions created for indirect productions or administrative levels.
∎ Responsible for leading the salary increase process, bonus payment and other benefits when applies.
∎ Develops techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data.
∎ Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
∎ Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee's needs.
∎ To supervise job evaluations process and grade positions according to global guidelines.
∎ To keep integrity of HR-ERP system / people soft system processes and responsible of correct use, ensuring training of users.
∎ Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
∎ Work in alignment with the HR Manager and functional managers to help and develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees.
