∎ Bachelor / Masters degree in Textiles / Clothing / Production Management / IPE / Operations Management / Supply Chain Management.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Erp software, Good Communication Skill in English, Inventory Control, Production planning, Reporting and Presentation, Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory management, Material Management, supply chain management, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan with production department and make yarn requirements with Planning Department;
∎ Ensure the order wise yarn required quantity and send to Supply Chain with yarn count;
∎ Ensure that the quality standard is being met by yarn supplier;
∎ Communicate with knitting and yarn Store/ MCD Department for internal yarn requisition plan;
∎ Communicate with Supply Chain Department for required yarn;
∎ Monitor the yarn Store/ MCD activities;
∎ Check stock report of yarn Store/ MCD;
∎ Response and act in the customer complain and query;
∎ Check yarn dyeing PI/LC related papers with audit and store;
∎ Check yarn lot testing report and take necessary action
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower;
∎ Maintain regular meeting with employee once in a week;
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise & trained up employees to achieve business plan;
∎ Garments Operation:
∎ Maintain capacity analysis with planning & capacity distribution (Factory allocation);
∎ Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, accessories & trims to production;
∎ Monitoring plan VS actual production;
∎ Reduce excess production cost & wastage;
∎ Review Raw Material and trims inventories.
∎ Optimize the Machine utilization in term of production.
∎ Meet the schedule Adherence.
∎ Alert about sudden changes in production.
∎ Review the daily delivery of goods to ensure continues production.
∎ Plan and execute monthly inventory in all areas.
∎ Ensure the house keeping in the warehouse comply with all standard and health and safety.
∎ Give follow up of any problem that can affect the production.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
