Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline/MBA in HRM from any reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will be get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to develop training materials & policy development.
∎ Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation, management development.
∎ Must be able to conduct employee orientation & exit interview.
∎ Work with employee welfare, grievance handling, policy & organization structure.
∎ Assist managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
∎ Assists with the development of and monitors the spending of the corporate training budget.
∎ Maintains employee training records and capable to prepare training budget also.
∎ He/she maintain the liaison with professional trainer & training center.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong presentation skills.
∎ Good command in English & Bengali also.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Willing to travel factory areas.
