∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
∎ Ability to manage multiple training programs, assess needs, evaluate effectiveness, analyze data, and build strong relationships across all levels.
∎ Spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali and sufficient computer knowledge.
∎ Knowledge on upcoming Business Trends for Sustainable Growth.
∎ Proven experience in conducting effective training sessions and developing training modules.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for development.
∎ Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities.
∎ Preparing annual training budget.
∎ Preparing annual training calendar and arrange training program as per calendar.
∎ Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and webinars on various topics, including leadership, communication, technical skills, and soft skills.
∎ Evaluate training program's effectiveness in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
∎ Develop strategies in the change-management area.
∎ Identify needs based on individual development plan, performance review and job analysis in consultation with the departmental heads.
∎ Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners and coordinate induction program.
∎ Develop a culture of learning and growth with a specific focus on developing a Proactive Culture.
∎ Accurate training records and promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
∎ Track, Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
∎ Maintain high customer service standards by addressing concerns and following SOPs.
