• Strong knowledge of global compliance standards (e.g., GOTS, OEKO-TEX, Fair Trade, Higg Index, ZDHC).

• Proven experience in supply chain traceability software or ERP systems (e.g., FastReact, SAP, PLM, or custom traceability platforms).

• Ability to conduct factory audits and prepare detailed compliance reports for international buyers.

• Strong understanding of sustainable sourcing practices and circular economy principles.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making.

• Design and implement end-to-end traceability systems covering fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished garments shipment.

• Extend traceability systems to external factories, including raw materials suppliers and outsourced washing, printing, and embroidery units.

• Ensure systems align with customer traceability protocols, international standards, and sustainability requirements.

• Track and record all raw materials from supplier to garment production line, including certifications and origins.

• Monitor each in-house production stage (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing) with accurate documentation.

• Integrate records of outsourced processes (washing, printing, embroidery) into the central traceability system.

• Conduct regular audits of washing, printing, and embroidery factories to verify compliance with traceability, social, and environmental standards.

• Ensure subcontracted factories maintain proper documentation and meet buyer compliance requirements.

• Prepare for buyer audits by ensuring full traceability across all external processes.

• Maintain inventory systems that reconcile input materials with final garment outputs.

• Track finished goods through the supply chain, ensuring no gaps between production and shipment.

• Ensure adherence to industry certifications (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, Fair Trade, etc.).

• Manage compliance with customer-specific traceability requirements, including audit documentation and buyer inspections.

• Maintain secure, accessible records of traceability data across all production and external processes.

• Generate reports for management and buyers covering batch tracking, sustainability metrics, and process compliance.

• Analyze traceability performance and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with suppliers, washing factories, printing, and embroidery vendors to ensure compliance with traceability standards.

• Collect and verify documentation related to sourcing, certifications, and process control.

• Ensure ethical and sustainable sourcing practices are followed across the supply chain.

• Work with the sustainability team to integrate eco-friendly materials and processes into the traceability system.

• Monitor sustainability metrics such as recycled input, water consumption, chemical usage in washing, and carbon footprint.

• Ensure external factories (washing, printing, embroidery) also comply with sustainability and environmental requirements.
