∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, Multinational Organization, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Training and Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development framework tools and templates to improve efficiency of learning & development activities in general.
∎ Conduct proper TNA.
∎ Monitor and evaluate all the interventions for effectiveness and align with ROI.
∎ Frame competency-based training design, develop and implement.
∎ Ensure Organization health through innovative program design/interventions and foster desired culture of growth, collaboration and innovation.
∎ Asses deviations and areas for improvement and report to management and individual participants.
∎ Structure online learning platform, develop content and deliver.
∎ Conduct soft skills and technology focused training.
∎ Performance Management, KPI and Succession planning.
∎ Take VIRA (Verbal Instruction Response Assessment) Assessment of the Candidates
∎ Manage Training Materials as Needed
∎ Monitor & Give Feedback to Trainers for Trainees Skill Level.
∎ Coordinate with Cross functional team.
∎ Prepared Daily and Monthly Training Report.
∎ Motivate People to Work in Difficult Conditions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must be fluent in both Bangla and English communication in writing and Speaking. Should have good analytical capacity.
