Job Context:
∎ A renowned Group of Companies of the Country is looking for potential candidate as Manager/Sr. Manager (HR) for its 100 % export oriented Knit Composite Garments Factory located near Mawna, Gazipur.
∎ The factory consists of 120 garments line & producing 35 tons of finished fabrics each day.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ Major Job Responsibilities of the position includes:
∎ Effective Manpower Planning
∎ Recruitment, Selection, Orientation & Placement
∎ Development & implementation of Policies/Procedures
∎ Automated attendance, leave & HRIS management
∎ Automated Payroll management
∎ Performance management
∎ Training & Development
∎ Management of Job separation, Final settlement & Disciplinary action related issues
∎ The candidate should have sound HR knowledge on software based Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Labor Laws, Grievance Handling etc. Knowledge on dealing with factory compliance issue will be an added advantage.

∎ Candidates having minimum 07 years ( 2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the HR & Payroll related issues of export oriented Readymade Knit Composite Garments Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be self-motivated, result oriented, have proven leadership quality & team building ability
∎ Should have sound knowledge on labor laws
∎ Should be fluent in English & Bangla correspondences both in written & oral forms
∎ Should be well conversant with computer applications.
∎ Job Location is Gazipur, at Factory Office
