• Must have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position in a Garments Accessories Company.
• Age at least 33 years Only males are allowed to apply.
• The applicants should have experience in the following areas (s): Sourcing, Procurement & supply chain management to work independently with tight deadlines and deal with work procedures.
• Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, supply market analysis & networking.
• Strong leadership capabilities, multilingual capabilities, and solid judgment with the ability to make good decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office and e-mail operation.

• Should be very good at numbers, analytics, costing, and overall business acumen.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills to develop a wide network of suppliers and vendors.
• Strong in leading a team of product-sourcing members.
• Must have a hands-on approach to managing work and team. Must be open to working in a startup company and growing along with it through a demonstration of high performance.
• Negotiate with the vendor for costing, deciding lead times, and production planning.
• To verify product code as per international standards.
• Assist in evaluating bid(s) against set attributes by preparing a comparative statement(s).
• Assist in ensuring the quality of the materials and products before bulk delivery To communicate with suppliers through e-mail, phone, and other media.
• To collect quotations and prepare comparative statements for management decisions.
• Coordinate with others under the same roof and ensure proper feedback related to purchasing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Initiate, implement & maintain sound support to the product development team Monitor & focus upcoming demand, and determine quantity & timing of deliveries.
• Seek & partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
• Long time commitment Having good experience in sourcing of RMG Accessories sector.
