Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Professional certification (CIPS, APICS, or equivalent) preferred
8-10+ years of experience in agricultural sourcing, commodity procurement, or agri supply chain
Strong experience in commodity markets and price risk management
Proven leadership experience managing sourcing teams or multiple categories
Experience in managing raw material volatility and supplier risk
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen

The Strategic Sourcing Manager, Agri Business is responsible for defining and governing the sourcing strategy for agricultural commodities and agri-related inputs to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and long-term sustainability
What You Will Do
Define and implement sourcing strategies for key agricultural commodities and inputs
Develop seasonal sourcing plans aligned with crop cycles and demand forecasts
Lead make-or-buy and contract farming strategy where applicable
Establish structured supplier ecosystem models (farmers, aggregators, traders, processors)
Lead, coach, and develop Sourcing Category Leads and sourcing professionals
Build strong succession pipelines and talent capability across categories
Set clear performance objectives aligned with enterprise value targets
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and commercial excellence
Elevate negotiation capability and strategic thinking within the team
Own sourcing value creation targets (cost savings, cash flow, risk reduction, innovation impact)
Define and track enterprise sourcing KPIs
Sponsor major negotiations and strategic supplier engagements
Act as senior sourcing advisor to Business Unit leaders
Partner closely with Business Units, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Represent sourcing in transformation programs and strategic forums
