• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

• 8-10+ years of strategic sourcing experience within Paints / FMCG/Consumer Goods / Personal Care industries

• Proven people leadership experience managing sourcing teams or multiple category leads

• Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills

• Experience in managing raw material volatility and supplier risk

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

The Strategic Sourcing Manager, Paints & SCJ is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations for direct materials across ensuring strategic sourcing, cost efficiency, and seamless cross-functional coordination to achieve operational excellence and business growth

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for direct materials across SC Johnson, Paint Business

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans; lead supplier negotiations and contract management.

• Define, implement, and continuously refine enterprise sourcing strategy

• Establish category management frameworks, governance models, and sourcing playbooks

• Lead make-or-buy, outsourcing, and supplier portfolio strategy

• Own supplier segmentation, risk mitigation, and resilience planning

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and toll manufacturers.

• Sponsor major negotiations and strategic supplier engagements

• Lead supplier consolidation, dual sourcing, and critical supplier governance

• Lead, coach, and develop Sourcing Category Leads and sourcing professionals

• Build strong succession pipelines and talent capability across categories
