• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working with H&M, Varner, Aldi. Must be excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English. Smart, pleasant behavior, team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.

Act as the technical expert for assigned product categories, ensuring products meet Buyer/customer requirements and company capabilities.

• Analyze and validate sample and quotation requests for technical feasibility, cost accuracy, and optimal solutions.

• Identify technical and commercial risks, proposing effective solutions in coordination with Sales, Global Customer Specialists, and customers.

• Design globally producible products aligned with customer briefs, cost targets, and regulatory requirements.

• Own product specifications, global costing, and profitability for engineered products.

• Liaise with manufacturing to manage sampling, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely, quality-approved samples.

• Ensure material availability, compliance with internal/external standards, and brand-mandated requirements.

• Support and advise Sales and customers on technical aspects, innovation, cost, lead time, and development strategy.

• Lead process improvements, SOPs, and innovation initiatives within assigned product categories.

• Manage sample quantity, quality, size accuracy, and address buyer feedback or complaints.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
