Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed Knit Composite Garments industry is looking for highly organized professional for the position  of Manager / Senior Manager (Performance Management).

The ideal candidate will be responsible to develop KPI based Performance Management System for the employees and departments/sections of the company and implement the same in a very professional way.

Candidates having relevant experience in Multinational Companies / Large Corporate Houses are highly encouraged to apply.

Major job Responsibilities of the position includes:

· Develop and implementing organization’s KPI based Performance Management System

· Closely monitor periodical Performance assessment of the employees/sections/departments

· Analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

· Initiate continuous improvement initiatives through structured performance management processes.

· Develop and implement comprehensive Training Needs Assessments (TNA) based on KPI outcomes and skill gaps.

· Facilitate management review meetings and provide analytical insights for strategic decision-making.

· Coordinate with department heads and senior management to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency.
