Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Academic background: Food Chemistry / Food Biochemistry/Food Technology/Food Science /Food Microbiology.
∎ Coordination with the sourcing team on quality inspection for rice.
∎ Having enough knowledge of rice/paddy varieties.
∎ Having enough knowledge of rice origin, availability season.
∎ Setting up a laboratory for testing and declaring quality standards for rice.
∎ Testing rice in the lab and declaring results such as moisture, ash, protein fundamentals, etc.
∎ Corrective and preventive action processes for rice storage.
∎ Quality assurance inspection & calibration processes for Rice.
∎ Development of Rice receiving criteria.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 28000 (Monthly)
