Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with WFP-FSQ and monitoring team.
∎ Assist management representative during inspection of the organization’s quality system by WFP/ outside regulatory agencies/or certification bodies.
∎ Provide QA support in all Quality Management System (QMS) functions as necessary
∎ Document control processes
∎ Corrective and preventive action processes
∎ Quality Assurance inspection & calibration processes
∎ Analysis of product to aid in continual improvement initiatives
∎ Purchasing controls and perform supplier evaluation processes( Quality Assurance at upstream and downstream)
∎ Establish Quality Checking at the offloading and loading points.
∎ Maintenance and preservation of Quality, Design and Device records
∎ Development of product acceptance criteria
∎ SOP Development
∎ Sorting processes and controls(Temperature and hygiene method)
∎ Assists in the development of quality system policy , procedures, instructions
∎ Evaluate impact on risk management
∎ Manages the training for internal staff &
∎ Perform the required functions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge of Quality Management Systems:
∎ Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or similar industry-specific standards.
∎ Analytical Skills:
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify defects and areas for improvement.
∎ Attention to Detail:
∎ Exceptional attention to detail to spot even minor deviations or defects in products or processes.
∎ Communication Skills:
∎ Effective communication skills to document and report findings, as well as to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
∎ Statistical Analysis:
∎ Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques for data analysis, process control, and quality assurance.
∎ Technical Proficiency:
∎ Depending on the industry, proficiency in using specific tools and equipment relevant to quality control, such as calibration instruments, measuring devices, or software applications.
∎ Regulatory Compliance:
∎ Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standards that must be adhered to.
∎ Problem-Solving Abilities:
∎ Ability to identify and address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent defects from occurring.
∎ Leadership Skills:
∎ In some cases, supervisory or management skills may be required if the role involves leading a team of quality control inspectors.
∎ Time Management:
∎ Effective time management skills to ensure timely inspections and reporting.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 28000 (Monthly)
