∎ Manage day-to-day branch operations, including inventory, fulfillment, and deliveries.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment with exceptional service.
∎ Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, associates, and delivery staff.
∎ Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs).
∎ Coordinate with central operations, supply chain, and tech teams.
∎ Enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
∎ Drive continuous process improvements
