Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge of local markets and product categories.
Ability to collect and record data accurately and systematically.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Excel/Google Sheets, or reporting apps.
Good communication skills in Bangla (basic English is a plus).
Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Other Requirements:
Must be physically fit and comfortable with regular market visits.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Own motorbike/cycle (preferred but not mandatory).
Responsibilities & Context:
Visit assigned local markets daily to collect up-to-date prices of perishable goods.
Visit assigned local markets daily to verify the availability of non-perishable products.
Report collected data promptly through mobile apps, Excel sheets, or company-provided reporting tools.
Identify unusual price changes or market trends and escalate them to the Pricing/Procurement team.
Work closely with the Pricing team to support decision-making.
