Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Design & Administer Reward & Recognition initiatives for Microfinance Programme to emphasise people & business goal of Microfinance Programme.
∎ Location: BRAC Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore, Design and Implement relevant reward & recognition initiative to emphasise valued people & business initiative of Microfinance Programme.
∎ Preparing relevant guideline, formats, contents to capture relevant performance insights.
∎ Onboarding reward and recognition contents to relevant concerns/line management of Microfinance Programme.
∎ Prepare and guide team members to conduct thoughtful analytics to bring out the significant and relevant information by aligning the purpose of the reward & recognition initiative.
∎ Aligning Programmatic priority and Organisational Policy accordingly while implementing the process.
∎ Arrange and conduct relevant review sessions to align all the processes.
∎ Addressing relevant queries and concerns associated with the reward and recognition initiative.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Preferably direct experience with Reward & Recognition initiative in financial institution/ Group of Companies
∎ Sound analytical ability
∎ Sound write-up skill
∎ Efficient communication and team player skills
