Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting the online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates (including Officers and Workers).
∎ Coordinating interview session, final selection and placement.
∎ To prepare and ensure job posting in various sources.
∎ Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
∎ To perform any other activities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate with Manpower business experience will get a preference
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability
