∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
7 to 8 years experience in knit composite factory, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Inspection, Quality Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Manage and maintain the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the required quality of the garments.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and initiate necessary measures.
∎ Make a bridge with Production-Quality for reducing gaps in understanding of both functions to co-ordinate with Production and Merchandising department;
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Install / maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained.
∎ Supervise in the handling of trial production evaluation and give the production approval based on evaluation.
∎ Monitor QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ In-line inspection to check the quality.
∎ Ensure all necessary documents and Quality SOP.
∎ Provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buying house.
∎ Maintain all discipline and compliance issue.
∎ Lead all quality staff and GPQ.
∎ Ensure final product quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fair knowledge on modern quality technical issues (Traffic system, 7 point check system, Lean Management).
∎ Should have knowledge in all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Good communication skills both in Bangla & English Language.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Perseverance and motivated.
∎ Competent in MS office package.
∎ Well organized.
