• Able to handle buyer`s order independently starting from cutting to shipment.

• Check and monitor the production capacity and stock of fabrics & accessories are aligned with the production planning in order to avoid short shipment or late shipment.

• Able to anticipate production problems and work proactively to resolve them prior to production.

• Ensure production is on target in delivery dates with quantity and quality.

• Maintain / monitor all the required reports that are relevant to the team and for the top management.

• Make an effort for waste minimization and 100% capacity utilization.

• Need to ensure/ solve all technical problem from cutting, sewing and finishing.

• Conducting the PP meeting before start the bulk production and solving the technical related issues.

• Ensure Product development meeting.

• Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development, events, and execution planning.

• Follow-up line loading plan as per SOP & work according to plan.

• Improving production efficiency and managing waste.

• Monitor production and quality ensure to maintain customers requirement.

• Check the product quality, if there is a problem occurred so that it can be resolved immediately.

• Supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards.

• Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.

• To find out bottleneck & line balancing for increasing the productivity.

• Analyze the bottle-neck operation & take necessary action to solve it.

• Ensure floor practical consummation as per booking.

• Root cause analysis (5 why) for poor efficiency and take necessary action for achievement.

• To perform any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
