∎ Bachelor in any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues;
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues;
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage;
∎ Listening to workers and counseling them as well;
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance;
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company;
∎ Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management;
∎ Set up QMS system in the factory.
∎ Maintaining product safety requirement during bulk production as per international law & requirement.
∎ Conduct PP meeting .1st bulk, inline, pre-final, CNI & FRI at the required stage.
∎ Check size set and provide bulk cutting approval with technical guideline when required.
∎ Provide technical support to execute bulk production as per customer & RDL requirement.
∎ Provide weekly & monthly summery with required ordered status to department head.
∎ Maintain basic compliance status at allocated factory.
∎ Ensure goods will be passed through FRI.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management;

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
