Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
∎ Preferred Textile Related Education.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Accessories, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all the quality activities and maintaining departmental KPI.
∎ Day to day Quality performance of the process and products as per SOP.
∎ Inspection and assessment at various stages in the test process-product conformity according to buyer specifications.
∎ Responsible for prepare monthly quality report, analysis root cause and find out improvement action plan.
∎ Testing issue investigation and reporting to relevant department.
∎ Determine the causes of product defects that may be found and SOP
∎ Monitor QA process and leading team, training and motivated for further improvement to achieve organization goal
∎ Quality and measuring equipment calibration.
∎ Perform variance type of existing and new Quality and Technical Compliance and audit as follows:
∎ ISO 9001:2015 QMS, FSC CoC, In-house Testing Lab Accreditations as per M&S/Buyer requirement
∎ Mellow Color Certification, GRS & GOTS Audit, and Oeko-Tex Testing & Certification.
∎ Assist to Regional Sr. Manager, QA Manager as when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 year experience on Assistant Manager/Manager role.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer (Ms Office, Ms Excel, E-mail writing etc.)
∎ Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
