-Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role; experience in Bath Ware or related industries will be considered an advantage.

-Strong understanding of production operations, quality management systems, and supply chain/logistics processes.

-Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of developing, guiding, and managing high-performing teams.

-Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma).

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex production challenges.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with cross-functional teams.

1. Develop and implement production strategies aligned with the objectives of AkijBashir Bath Ware Limited. Provide clear vision and direction to the production team while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

2. Monitor daily section-wise production targets, analyze shortfalls, and take corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of output goals.

3. Estimate, negotiate, and finalize budgets and timelines with clients and relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with production capabilities and business goals.

4. Oversee the end-to-end production process, including raw material procurement, workflow management, and final product assembly. Continuously streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, minimize costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

5. Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that Faucets, Showers, and Bath Ware accessories meet industry requirements and regulatory standards. Implement quality assurance initiatives to minimize defects and improve customer satisfaction.

6. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, including R&D, Planning, Production, Quality Control, and other operational teams to ensure smooth execution of production activities.

7. Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Implement and monitor safety procedures to protect employees and prevent workplace accidents.

8. Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of production staff. Build a positive, collaborative work environment. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and drive team development to enhance productivity and skill levels.

9. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, focusing on cost optimization, waste reduction, 5S practices, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and technology-driven solutions to enhance overall production efficiency.
