Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Manager – Product Development. The role involves working with international buyers and internal teams to develop RMG (Ready-Made Garments) products from concept to production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with design, technical development, and manufacturing teams to bring products from concept to reality.
- Develop fabrics, trims, designs, and fittings for RMG products.
- Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Coordinate with buyers to understand product requirements and deliver samples on time.
- Manage product development timelines and ensure smooth handover to production.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
