Responsibilities & Context:

·       We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, & talent personnel for immediate appointment for our organization as Merchandiser / Sr. Merchandiser position who has solid experience in the Factory & Buying / Sourcing office.

·       Applicant must have excellent knowledge in garments (Knit, woven & sweater) with capacity to negotiate orders and handle to clients.

·       Capable to handle product development & sampling program.

·       Able to be sourcing material with good quality & competitive price.

·       Good knowledge to prepare costing based on buyer requirement.

·       To depth experience in production and development merchandising of organization Buyer.

·       Handle costing, pricing, and order negotiation with buyers and Vendors.

·       Coordinating merchandising functions on a daily basis with production/production planning department to ensure timely development and delivery of sample programs and timely delivery as planned against the relevant time & action plans and schedules.

·       Supervise and guide a team of merchandisers to ensure smooth workflow and timely approvals.

·       Working as a facilitator of merchandising functions with each of the merchandising team members to provide management team members daily integrated merchandise related status updates

·       Monitor production progress, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions.

·       Maintain accurate order tracking, reports, and communication with management and customers.

·       Daily planning and scheduling of different sampling requirements originating from the different manufacturing units within the organization, and coordinating sequenced series of sampling programs from the sample sections according to date-wise priority.

·       Work closely with vendor for procurement of raw materials and their Planning Dept to ensure smooth supply chain of all raw materials, timely production, final inspection, and On Time Delivery

·       Must be smart, energetic, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.

·       Excellent command in both oral and written English and computer skill with MS Office, ERP. PPT, graphics, etc

·        

·       Independently prepare Time and Action (T&A) plans & follow up accordingly.

·       Expected salary must be mentioned.

·       Factory + buying office experience will get preference.

·       Most important key work are Factory sourcing & order placement.
