Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Developing purchasing procedures and organizing the purchasing department.
∎ • Sourcing and engaging reliable and ethical suppliers.
∎ • Ensuring on time purchase and in-house goods on time.
∎ • Supervise and handle the purchasing team independently.
∎ • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
∎ • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility.
∎ • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
∎ • Submitting purchase orders to top management for approval.
∎ • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
∎ • Controlling the procurement budget and focus on cost management.
∎ • Preparing and submission procurement related reports.
