Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain the performance management system, ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Continuously refine performance management processes, tools, and policies to enhance effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of performance management with business strategy.
∎ Lead the annual performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
∎ Ensure timely completion of all performance management activities across the organization.
∎ Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management processes and tools.
∎ Assist in the development of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
∎ Ensure that individual performance objectives are aligned with broader organizational goals.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for development.
∎ Generate regular performance management reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights.
∎ Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of performance management data.
∎ Identify and implement best practices in performance management.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in performance management systems and processes.
∎ Solicit feedback from employees and managers to continually improve the performance management experience.
